Weβre looking into way to automate the creation of Performance Evaluations. Currently, evaluations always have to be created manually by someone. Via Cycles, we want to support the following use-cases: Automatic create evaluation for employees based on X days in service. This allows for automating evaluation after 1/3/6 months etc for employees.

What weβll add: On a course the admin can set a repetition frequency based on X months Also add the dynamic deadline based on X days The course will be re-assigned to the employee based on the set frequency and their previous completion date This means in the user profile all previous assignments will also be shown In the analytics we will only display the data on the last assignment The employee will receive new notification for the course

Weβre making e-learning in Oneteam more engaging and effective by introducing new interactive question types. These components are designed to improve knowledge retention and make learning feel more hands-on. Planned interactions include: Drag & order exercises β learners actively arrange steps, processes, or priorities in the correct sequence. We will support both text and image steps. Visual (multi-)select questions β select one or multiple answers using images, ideal for real-world scenarios and recognition-based learning. These additions help move beyond passive reading and make training more practical, intuitive, and memorableβespecially for frontline teams.

It would be very helpful to be able to create recurring events within the Events module. This would allow us to use the events calendar to give volunteers clear insight into the daily and weekly activities. At the moment, all recurring activities need to be created as separate individual events, which is very time-consuming and increases the risk of errors. Recurring events would significantly reduce manual work and make the events calendar much more practical for organisations with repeating schedules.

View individual question analytics
Currently, in Pulse Surveys, theres no way to view the individual analytics on a per-question basis. You can only view the results per category. Adding individiual analytics to questions will improve the reporting.

Competentie blok meerdere keren kunnen gebruiken in evaluatie
Graag in een evaluatie gesprek meerdere keren het competentieblok kunnen toevoegen. Uiteraard kan een competentie categorie maar één keer geselecteerd worden. Bijvoorbeeld een template waar je eerst een paar vragen hebt, dan een paar competentie beoordelingen (algemene houding etc), dan wat open vragen en daarna weer competentie beoordelingen (de functie specifieke categorien). Is mooier om het op te splitsen ipv in één keer een hele lange lijst.
