Add todos in the onboarding journey

In the onboarding journey there are todos for the employee and manager/HR to be completed.

Examples of todos:

• For employees:

  • Uploading required documents (passport etc)

  • Share your size for working clothes

  • Check-in and meet your manager

  • Introduce yourself in Oneteam and your team chat

• For managers:

  • Schedule first shifts

  • Assign a buddy

  • Send welcome message

  • Set expectations for the first month
