Support multiple reviewers in one evaluation

Some teams that have two (or more) managers responsible for one employee. At the moment, an evaluation can only be linked to one manager and one employee, which does not reflect real-life organisational structures. The roles create evaluation admin also does not allow the visibility of the form filled in by the other manager.

What we’ll add:

1. Support to add more than 1 reviewer for an evaluation

   1. Type: viewer or reviewer

2. Support to mark someone as ‘main reviewer’
