Show modules tabs for user in the app

Currently, several tabs that are visible in the browser version of a user's profile are not shown in the app version.

The ability for users to view, from their mobile profile:
Forms they have filled in
E-learnings they have completed

Current behavior: Most tabs visible in the browser profile are missing from the app profile Users without computer access cannot look back at what they've already submitted or completed Impact: Deskless/frontline users, such as supervisors filling in forms as part of a group process, have no way to check their own records Reduces the app's usefulness as a self-service record for users' own administration Creates a gap between what desktop users and mobile-only users can do with their own data

Use case: A group of supervisors is currently filling in forms as part of a process. Since they don't have computer access, they need to be able to check on their mobile device what they've already filled in, along with their notes and completed e-learnings.
