Survey reminders to employees who have not yet completed a survey.
Instead of posting to everyone, the reminder should only reach users who haven’t filled it in yet.
Why this matters
Increases response rates without annoying employees who already participated
Saves time for admins by avoiding manual follow-ups
Improves the overall survey experience for both employees and managers
Suggested solution
Add an option to:
Send a targeted reminder to non-respondents
Or manual option to “re-push” the survey to those who haven’t completed it yet

We currently send automatic reminders to employees who haven’t filled in the survey 3 and 7 days after the survey has been assigned to them. If the survey has a deadline, we’ll also send a reminder 7 and 3 days before that deadline.
Would you like to also send manual reminders on top of this, such as mentioned in the feedback here?
