Department-level org chart and reporting structure per employee

We are missing an organizational chart at department level. It would be very valuable if, per employee, there was an option to view the department org chart.

Ideally, this would show:

• Who the employee’s direct colleagues are

• Who the employee reports to

• The reporting hierarchy within the department

So what we’ll add:

• Manager field on the user profile

• Org chart functionality

This would help employees better understand team structures, reporting lines, and how they fit within the organisation, especially for onboarding and internal transparency.
