Track and flag when a learning is completed in an unusually short time

When an employee completes a learning, there is currently no visibility into how long they actually spent on it. As a result, it's hard to tell whether someone genuinely worked through the content or clicked through it very quickly.

Desired solution, the ability to:

• Track how much time an employee spends on a learning

• Flag or visually mark a completion when the time spent is implausibly short, signalling that the content may not have been properly reviewed
