Survey anonymity: let respondents choose whether to respond anonymously

Currently, anonymity in surveys is controlled entirely by the survey creator. Respondents have no ability to decide for themselves whether they want to respond anonymously or not.

Impact: Some employees are comfortable sharing their identity with feedback; others aren't. Forcing one mode for all respondents reduces either honesty (if non-anonymous) or the value of responses (if anonymous and someone wants to be heard personally). Giving respondents control increases trust and response quality.

Examples: Exit survey standard anonymous, but if you want it can be shared.
