Start date for recurring tasks

A recurring task opens at the next scheduled time as soon as it is set live. There is no way to prepare it and have the first occurrence start on a later date.

What we'll add:

• An optional start date on a recurring task, next to the repeat schedule and time of day

• Left empty, the first task still opens at the next occurrence after it goes live

• When a date is set, the first task opens on the first occurrence on or after that date
