Customizable layout for course certificates

Certificates generated in Oneteam currently show the Oneteam branding. When a certificate is used as proof of participation, for example during an external inspection, it is not clear at which organization the training was completed. Desired solution: The ability to: - Show the organization's own logo on certificates (first step) - Customize the certificate layout, for example with a different design per type of training (longer term) Impact: - Unclear for inspectors or auditors where the training was followed - Manual work if certificates are created outside the platform with exported data and a custom design Use case: After an inspection, employees complete the e-learning. They download their certificates and send them to HR for their personnel files. With the organization's logo on the certificate, it is immediately clear that the training was followed at this organization. A fully customizable template would be an even better fit for different types of training.
