Context / Problem:
Operational updates often need to reach a large set of employees
individually rather than in a shared group.
Current behavior:
- People and groups can be grouped or labelled in Oneteam
- There is no option to send a single message to everyone on such a list
- Reaching many people individually requires sending each chat message
separately, or using a group chat where all recipients are visible to each
other
Desired solution:
- The ability to define a reusable list of recipients (for example based on a
group, label, community, role, or manual selection)
- The ability to send one message to that entire list in a single action
- Each recipient receives the message in their own individual chat, without
seeing the other recipients
Use case:
An operations lead needs to remind everyone responsible for a recurring daily
check that the check was not completed. The message should land in each
employee's personal chat, so it reads as a direct message rather than a group
announcement and the recipients do not see each other.
