Search chats also showing contacts in chat

Context / Problem: When a user searches for a colleague they don't already have a chat with, the app doesn't suggest matching people as they type, unlike apps such as WhatsApp, where matching contacts are suggested immediately.

Idea: As the user types a name to start a new chat, matching colleagues should be suggested immediately, whether or not a chat with them already exists.
