Rate AI Buddy answers in the app to improve future answers

- Mark an AI Buddy answer as good or not good directly in the app, at the moment the answer is given
- Optionally add a short comment explaining what was wrong or missing
- Use that feedback to improve the answers AI Buddy gives on the same subject
- Make the collected feedback visible to admins, so they can see which answers were marked as not good and follow up on them
