Push notifications or manually reminder for open trainings

There is currently no way to notify employees about open trainings or approaching deadlines via push notifications or reminders. In order to make sure all employees finish their onboarding it would be great to proactively remind a member or all 'not started or not finished users.' Desired behavior: Ability to send a reminder to an individual employee via a contextual action (e.g. three-dot menu on a training row) Ability to send a bulk reminder to all employees with open or overdue trainings in one action ("Send reminder to all") Optionally: automatic reminders triggered when a deadline is approaching Current behavior: In the hub is marked that the onboarding still needs to be done. No reminder or notification functionality exists for open trainings. Follow-up relies entirely on manual communication by sharing the learning per user via chat for example. Impact: Without reminders, training completion rates depend on employees noticing deadlines themselves. Managers lack a simple way to nudge their team, leading to missed deadlines.
