We’re exploring how to turn Oneteam’s engagement, learning, and feedback data into actionable people insights — at both team and individual level.


By combining signals such as:

  • Turnover and retention trends

  • Drop-off rates over time (including early leavers)

  • Engagement in Oneteam (activity, learning progress, interactions)

  • Recognition signals like high-fives received

  • Participation in introductions and onboarding moments

  • Performance review outcomes and development progress


Organizations could gain better visibility into:

  • Retention differences per location and department

  • How onboarding, recognition, and feedback relate to retention

  • Whether more engaged teams tend to perform better and stay longer


In addition, we’re exploring Retention Signals on employee profiles.
These signals would help managers spot early indicators of disengagement, enabling timely conversations, extra support, or adjustments — before someone decides to leave.


The goal is not to predict or label individuals, but to:

  • Surface patterns and trends

  • Support better leadership decisions

  • Improve onboarding, engagement, and long-term retention


All insights are intended to be used responsibly, transparently, and with a focus on team success and employee wellbeing.
