Notification when employee successfully completes an e-learning

Context: There is currently no automatic notification when an employee completes an e-learning. To keep employee files up to date, the organization has to keep checking manually who has finished a course. Desired solution: - A notification to the organization/HR when an employee successfully completes an e-learning, so completions are picked up automatically rather than having to be checked manually. Use case: When an employee finishes a required e-learning, HR is informed automatically and can follow up on adding the certificate to that employee's file without first having to discover the completion themselves.
