Minus sign (-) not supported in numeric field in Forms

Allow the use of a minus sign (-) in numeric fields within Forms, so negative numbers can be entered and processed correctly (e.g. -5, -18, etc.). Only positive numbers (with optional decimals) are accepted. Use case: HACCP registrations (freezers, cooling units, temperature checks). Current workaround: The only way to handle this now is by using an open text field instead of a numeric field.
