Add support for Narrowcasting

Elements

1. Create stream/feed (multiple possible)

   1. Select groups for the feed

   2. Number of optional settings

      1. Show only important messages yes/no

      2. Show organization messages

2. Each stream has its own URL + API token

   1. Filtering by date + limit

The reason behind streams is to provide flexibility to display a separate feed per screen
