In-app usage analytics & behaviour insights for admins

Admins currently have no visibility into how users interact with the app, which features are used, which shortcuts are clicked, which documents are opened, and which elements are ignored entirely. Decisions about shortcuts, pinned content, and navigation structure are made without any data to back them up. Without behavioural data, workspace configuration becomes guesswork. We may invest time in shortcuts, documents, or features that nobody actually uses. Impact: Usage insights would allow teams to optimise their setup, remove friction, and prioritise what actually matters to end users.
