Separate integration & technical settings from global organisation admin permissions

Current issue:

Someone from IT needs to have access to integration settings, but this currently falls under the Superadmin role. This gives IT to much permission (i.e. seeing all performance evaluations)

What we will add:

We will add a new permission group on organization level which allows to manage the integration, API keys, custom feeds and Webhook configs.
