Improve our 'status' feature

Users can set a status to indicate whether they are off, on holiday, out-of-office etc.
Currently, we only display this is the chat, but showing the status emoji on every profile picture you see would be helpful to increase the usage.

What we will add:

• Display the status emoji on all profile pictures in Oneteam (timeline, user overview etc)

• Add an optional message that can be sent when people try to contact this person via the chat

• Add a way to ‘pause notifications’ until the status is cleared

  • If so - make it clear in the chat as well that the user has paused their notifications
