We see Oneteam as a closed off environment for work. It's is difficult to fully prevent such as same as swearing on the work floor; it's not something you do and if you do it's something that's an offense and punisable.
Best advice is to have a ‘rule book’ and maybe on some posts ‘prevent responses’ by deactivating comment option.
Automatic moderation that flags and removes inappropriate behavior or language
Suggested by Arnold from Museum de Fundatie: Oneteam has no word filter or automatic moderation that blocks messages containing inappropriate behavior or language from being posted. Currently an admin has to check and delete such posts manually and then contact the user afterwards.
