Event Type Filtering

Problem: When creating events in Oneteam, there is no way to filter or categorize by event type. Currently, admins can only select "all events," with no distinction between announcements, tasks, trainings, or meetings. For the Learning & Development team, who use Oneteam for onboarding via courses and for training sessions this creates a lack of structure and clarity. Expected: Users should be able to either: Filter events by type (e.g. announcements, tasks, trainings, meetings), or Assign events to onboarding flows/courses, so training sessions can be part of a structured onboarding path β€” consistent with how courses are already set up. Current behavior: Events can be created, but no event type can be assigned There is no filter option to view events by category Training events have no connection to the onboarding/course structure Impact: L&D teams managing both onboarding and training programs cannot distinguish between different event types in the platform. This reduces clarity for end users and makes it harder to structure a learning journey. As Oneteam is used as the central onboarding tool, this gap creates a fragmented experience between courses and live/planned training moments.
