Evaluation looks

When you filled out an evaluation the form shows which kind of question is shown. So for example you add some introduction text and in the evaluation itself it says: ‘content module’ when you add an image it also says ‘content module’ or when you ask a question it says ‘open question’. It looks a little bit weird to me as the evaluation should be a short summary and not something existing of ‘building blocks’
