Email notifications for mandatory training reminders

Currently, training notifications and reminders are only sent through the Oneteam app. As a result, employees may miss important or mandatory training deadlines when push notifications are disabled, overlooked, or when they are not actively using the app.

I would like to have the option to enable email notifications for individual training courses. This would allow administrators to send reminders and updates via email in addition to the app, particularly for mandatory training where completion is required within a certain timeframe.

Ideally, this can be configured in the training settings on a per-course basis, allowing organisations to decide whether email reminders should be sent for a specific training.
