Distinguish important chat messages from regular ones in chat

If you are added to various groupschats, it is experienced more difficult for employees to distinguish important chat messages from a 1-1 conversations.

Idea: A way to visually mark or highlight messages as important by an admin so that they are for example shown in the hub.
