Why: It happens that the 'Files' are flooded with documents, where some documents are more important than others. Therefore it gets messy and it's hard to find an overview and therefore the right file. Perhaps an idea to add a pop-up in a message with the question if they want to add this file to the 'Files' section as well to be able to check it later?
