Improving content overview and navigation in course creation

Users struggle to understand where specific content is located and must manually search through all modules and screens. They request a clearer and more visual overview such as a mind-map style layout, side-panel navigation, or a thumbnail style screen list to reduce clicks and make it easier to see all modules and their contents at a glance. A consolidated textual overview of all modules and screens would also help maintain orientation while creating or editing content.
