Creating lists in the chat

For Chat, we communicate directly with a lot of staff via HQ and this gets messy on the sidebar. On whatsapp there is a feature to create Buckets, to group individual chats under an umbrella to help organise. I.e. all the staff from Haarlem goes into a Haarlem Bucket.
