Better support exit-surveys

Currently, via the audience selector in surveys, we already support exit-surveys.

The limitation is only that if people are inactive from Oneteam, they can not open the survey anymore, because they don’t have access anymore.

We should find a solution to make sure exit-surveys can always we submitted until X days after the person left the company.
