Automatic creation of Performance Evaluations with Cycles

We’re looking into way to automate the creation of Performance Evaluations.

Currently, evaluations always have to be created manually by someone.

Via Cycles, we want to support the following use-cases:

• Automatic create evaluation for employees based on X days in service.

This allows for automating evaluation after 1/3/6 months etc for employees.
