Admin options for profile picture

Now only the user can set up their profile picture. Often they don’t and then new employees can’t put a face to the name & it’s not inviting to set one up yourself if others also don’t. Resulting in a bit of an impersonal or awkward experience.

A solution would be to have admin rights/options for profile pictures. Maybe there are pictures stored internally which could be imported, or synched with an HR-system or set up yourself as an admin.
