Add option to set visibility for a Custom User Property

Currently, custom user properties are visible for everyone, but some you want to avoid showing to the employee or their colleagues. We will add the following visibility settings:

  1. All admins

  2. Only organisation admins

  3. Everyone

    Kenonz had the request that ‘certain user properties’ are fixed on the search. Could that BHV or in their case “project”
