Add a link (public URL) as a document source for AI Buddy to reference

Currently, uploaded documents can be used as a knowledge source for the chatbot. This means information that lives on an external website, for example a company website, cannot be included, even though it may contain relevant and frequently updated information. Desired solution: The ability to add a public URL as a document (filtering on community/function would not be possible) The chatbot can use the content of that URL as a source when answering questions
