We would like to have more detailed insights within the Academy analytics. Examples of desired insights include: How often a participant needs multiple attempts to complete a learning Which questions are most frequently answered incorrectly Why this matters Identify unclear or ineffective content Improve learning quality and question design Better support employees who are struggling with specific topics
