Ability to assign learnings and control visibility on community level

Currently, all learnings are immediately visible to all users, which results in an overwhelming amount of content and reduces clarity for employees. Franchisees are also not assigning learnings themselves, which makes it difficult to provide targeted and role-specific training. This limits their ability to guide employees effectively and ensure the right learnings are completed at the right time.
