Week 37 of 2026

This release brings dark mode to iOS and Android, pulse survey submissions, a richer profile status on web, and custom employee field sync from HR systems. We also fixed a set of issues across forms, surveys and chat.

💻 Web

📊 Pulse survey submissions
Admins can now open every response to a pulse survey, not just the summary numbers. You can switch between survey rounds and see how many people answered each question, which makes it easier to follow up on a specific round instead of guessing from the totals.

🟢 Profile status
Your status now shows up wherever your name appears on web: colleagues, the timeline, chat and mentions. You can attach an automatic chat reply while you are away, and pause your own notifications until the status ends. Colleagues see that replies may take a little longer. This lands on web first.

🏷️ Custom employee field sync
Admins can now control how custom employee fields stay in sync with the organisation's HR integration, so extra profile data such as certifications or region does not have to be maintained by hand.

⏰ Manual course reminders
On top of the automatic reminders, you can now send a reminder yourself from the course statistics screen. It goes to everyone who has not finished the course yet, and mentions the deadline when there is one.

📬 Manual survey reminders
The same manual action now sits on the survey report. Next to the automatic reminders, you can nudge everyone who has not responded yet, with a deadline mentioned when the survey has one.

🌐 Web pages as AI sources
Admins can add a public web page as a knowledge source for the AI assistant, alongside uploaded documents. Invalid or unreachable links show an error, and the page appears in the existing sources list. This is available on web.

🎓 Download certificates from statistics
You can download an employee's e-learning certificate from the course statistics list, instead of opening each profile one by one.

🎤 Voice messages in chat
You can record and send a voice message from the chat composer on web. Hold to record, slide to cancel, or lock the recording if you need both hands free.

🔊 Inline audio in chat
Audio sent in chat now plays in place, with play and pause and a progress bar, instead of opening as a generic file.

🧭 Admin navigation
The admin sidebar has a clearer structure: Academy is split into Onboarding and Training, organisation messages have their own place, and settings live in their own area. The sidebar collapses to icons when you need more space.

📰 What's new in the sidebar
When there is an unread product update, a card appears in the admin sidebar so you can open it without hunting for the floating button.

🖼️ Unsplash images for quiz answers
When you add pictures to quiz answer options, you can pick from Unsplash instead of uploading a file.

📱 Mobile

🌙 Dark mode
Dark mode now comes to iOS and Android, after landing on web earlier. The app follows your phone's light or dark setting by default, and you can lock it to light or dark in your own preferences. Organisation brand colours, including buttons and links, stay readable in both, whether the organisation set dark colours or they are derived from the light theme.

🐛 Bug fixes

General

  • Large documents that previously failed to load into the AI assistant now get processed, and documents that were missed are indexed again, so answers stay based on your latest knowledge.

  • Duplicating an untitled academy module no longer names the copy "(Copy) null".

  • Images in form submission PDFs now render at the right size.

  • Pulse survey overviews now show the correct eNPS score.

  • Nmbrs employee sync no longer fails when fetching manager data.

  • Custom employee fields no longer break when a property is missing.

  • Public organisation groups that require approval can no longer be opened before the join request is accepted.

  • Rejoining an approval-required group after your membership lapsed no longer fails.

  • Updating only language in the AFAS connection no longer requires a phone number.

Web

  • The date range you pick in pulse survey overviews now matches the dates on screen.

  • Saving a form no longer fails when the audience includes a function group.

  • Starting a new conversation with the AI assistant no longer shows an error on the first message.

  • E-learning no longer shows a loading error for custom employee fields when the organisation does not use that feature.
