Release 2026.33

Week 33 of 2026

This release introduces managers and reporting lines on employee profiles, a new reporting tool for form submissions, and mentions in group chats. Dark mode and custom employee fields arrive on web first, and the apps pick up real-time timeline updates. A range of smaller fixes ships alongside them.

✨ General

πŸ‘₯ Managers and reporting lines
Employee profiles now carry a manager, so you can see who reports to whom across your organisation. Because people often work in more than one community and function group, every employee also gets a primary community and a primary function group, and their manager follows from that combination. You can set a manager for a whole function group within a community, override it per employee, or let it fill automatically from your HR system. Where a manager cannot be determined the field stays empty and the employee appears in an admin list, so nothing is quietly guessed.

πŸ’¬ Mentions in group chats
Tag a colleague in a group chat to pull them into the conversation, the same way you already can elsewhere in Oneteam.

πŸ”’ Fully anonymous polls
Create a poll where responses cannot be traced back to anyone, so you get honest answers on sensitive topics.

πŸ“° A calmer timeline
Unread posts older than 30 days no longer get pushed to the top of your timeline, so what you see first is actually recent.

πŸ“₯ Download submissions from draft forms
Submissions can now be downloaded while a form is still in concept, instead of only once it is live.

πŸ”— Safer links to connected tools
Links from Oneteam into your other systems now pass along the signed-in person's name and email, so those tools can greet them directly instead of looking them up. The links expire after 24 hours, and the signing key is no longer readable by regular members.

πŸ’» Web

πŸ“Š Form reporting
Build reports on your form submissions and see them together on a single dashboard per form. Choose from bar, stacked bar, line, area, pie and gauge charts, and configure each one with a live preview so you see the result as you go. Reports can be duplicated, edited and deleted, filtered by community or function group, and put on one shared date range across the whole overview. Everything downloads as CSV or XLSX for deeper analysis in a spreadsheet.

🏷️ Custom employee fields
Add your own fields to employee profiles, such as a driving licence, a certification or a region, as yes/no, a dropdown or free text. Community admins can now filter the colleague overview on these fields within the communities they manage, and you can create and map fields during a CSV import. Because the fields feed the audience selector, you can target messages, courses and surveys on them.

πŸ—‚οΈ Choose your submission columns
Decide which columns appear in the form submission overview, so you see the answers that matter to you without scrolling past the rest.

πŸ“… Event attendance on profiles
See which events someone actually attended straight from their profile, which saves digging through individual guest lists.

πŸ“ˆ Response counts on eNPS
The eNPS score distribution now shows how many people are behind each score, so you can tell a clear signal from a handful of responses.

⏸️ E-learning deadlines pause in draft
When you take a course offline, deadlines counted in days after invitation now pause instead of running on. Republish and you choose what happens: continue where everyone left off, or reset the clock for enrolled employees because the content changed. People who were already overdue stay overdue either way.

🎯 Richer performance review reporting
Employee reports can now show every evaluation instead of only the most recent one, so development over time is visible in one place. The overview adds the average score, the form each result came from and a completion date, and you can filter on that date and carry the same selection into your export.

πŸŒ™ Dark mode
The web app now supports a dark theme. Employees choose light, dark, or follow their device, and you can set separate brand colours for dark mode or let them be derived from your existing ones automatically.

πŸ“ Draft organisation messages
Save an organisation-wide message as a draft instead of scheduling or publishing it right away, so colleagues can review the wording with you first.

πŸ“— Excel export for performance evaluations
Export evaluations to XLSX for a compact, complete file that is practical to print and to analyse, which the previous PDF export was not for larger teams.

πŸ“± Mobile

⚑ The timeline updates itself
New posts now appear on every timeline as they are published, without pulling to refresh.

πŸ“³ Subtle haptic feedback
Key interactions in the apps now give a light physical response, which makes the app feel more responsive in the hand.
